Replacements

Because every item is made-to-order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind

Please double-check the size guide before checking out - I include detailed measurements to help you get the perfect fit.

Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed since they immediately enter production.


Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with an issue - damaged, misprinted, defective, or the wrong item - I’ve got you covered.

I gladly offer a replacement if:

• The product arrives with a print or quality flaw
• The wrong item was sent
• There's visible damage upon arrival

To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact me within 5 days of delivery, including:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the problem (required to approve replacements)

Please note: I do not provide refunds, only replacements for verified issues - so all approved claims will be replaced with a new item at no cost to you.


If Your Package Is Lost

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, reach out and I’ll help you file a claim. Lost-in-transit orders are eligible for replacement after their investigation.

Everything here is made-to-order with care - no mass production, no dusty warehouse stock, just fresh prints delivered straight to your door. If something goes wrong, I’ll make it right. 💛
